Orders

How long does it take to ship my order?

All items are ready to ship unless noted as a pre-order.

 

Ready-to-ship orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days.

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information.

Can I cancel my order?

Because we work quickly to process orders, orders cannot be canceled once they are placed.

If you notice an error with your shipping address, please contact us immediately and we will do our best to update it before the order ships.

Can I change my order after placing it?

 

We cannot guarantee order changes once an order is placed, but if you contact us immediately, we will try to accommodate your request if the order has not yet been processed.

 

 

Shipping

Do you offer shipping protection?

 

Yes! We highly recommend selecting Guide Shipping Protection at checkout. This protects your package if it becomes lost, stolen, or damaged during transit.

What if my package is lost or stolen?

Once a package has been handed to the shipping carrier, Two in Bloom is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages.

If you purchased Guide Shipping Protection, you can file a claim through their service for quick resolution. We are always happy to help guide you through the process.

What if I entered the wrong shipping address?

Please contact us as soon as possible. If your order has not yet shipped, we will do our best to update the address.

If the order has already shipped, we unfortunately cannot make changes.

Pre-Orders

What is a pre-order?

Pre-order items allow you to purchase a style before it arrives in our warehouse.

When will my pre-order ship?

The estimated shipping date is listed in the product description of each pre-order item.

These dates are estimates and may occasionally change due to vendor or shipping delays.

If I order a pre-order item with other items, will they ship together?

Orders containing pre-order items may ship together once the pre-order item arrives. If you need ready-to-ship items sooner, we recommend placing separate orders.

Returns & Exchanges

Do you accept returns?

Yes! We accept returns for store credit only.

Return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery and items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

Who pays for return shipping?

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or defective.

 

What items are final sale?

Damaged Items

What if my item arrives damaged?

 

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will make it right.

Sizing

How do I know what size to order?

We do our best to include fit details and sizing information in each product description to help you choose the best size.

 

If an item runs true to size, oversized, or fitted, it will be noted on the product page.

 

If you are between sizes, we typically recommend sizing up for a more comfortable fit.

If you have specific sizing questions, feel free to contact us and we’ll be happy to help.

Restocks

Will sold out items be restocked?

 

Most of our styles are produced in small batches and may not be restocked once sold out. 

 

If a product is restocked, it will be updated on our website. Because many of our pieces are limited inventory, we recommend grabbing your favorite styles before they sell out.

 

Product Details

Are colors exactly the same as shown in photos?

We do our best to display colors as accurately as possible. However, colors may vary slightly depending on your screen settings and lighting.
